I think it's harder when you don't have so much to lose. Good luck! Being in the fitness industry has got to be a plus!

Thanks! I'm hanging in with the diet - it's a lot of effort cooking food ahead of time but great for creating discipline. Fitness industry keeps me active, but sometimes it's a tough balance between being tired and self care/own workouts!
