Started a sketch of a painting I’m excited about ☺️ and drew one of my best friends a birthday card that she liked.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten better, left the house more. Be happier and appreciated my fiancé more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

starting to change my mindset! getting excited and trying to see hope in this new way of living. made a delicious smoothie this morning for my partner and I do feeling healthy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a few drinks at dinner last night, and wasn’t as active as I could be... but tomorrow is a new day!
