Check out Calorieking.com. It has great nutritional information and tips. When you see how hard your have to work to burn off calories, it is easier to turn down those temptations! :) Hope things are going well!

Thanks Christie, I will go check it out now. I need some sort of incentive to not indulge this week! All I want is sugar to keep me awake and fast food so I don't have to stop working on school.
