Non-scale victory of the week!

threw away a brownie that wasn’t worth the calories after 2 bites

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had an internal hemorrhage and sever blood loss March 21st. I’m finally recovered and can try to get to goal - not much time left but I also know 3-4 lbs is water weight. so bloated!
