Yes it is definitely worth a go. My problem is I start on weight loss really gung ho, then I fall into bad habits and start gaining weight again, then I go back and try to lose weight again it's a never ending battle for me. I want to finally get to my goal which I have not been to for years and years which means I have to lose 34.4 pounds total. Let's do this thing together. Let's help each other.

Lets hope so, Day Two and I am back at work and all I want to do now is have a large glass (bottle) of wine but I must persuade myself that a walk around the block will also destress me too x
