Thanks for sharing!! I know how hard it is to first admit you are overweight and unhealthy. I have done all you have and what amazing results just wondering what took me so long. I was motivated last October,2014 when I met Jessie to make it work and it did for a bit then I slipped back and in August this year my doctor told me I was pre diabetic and I got scared and said enough is enough. I have determined and focused since then. When I saw the Diet bet with Jessie I knew I had to do it. He truly cares about the people he helps. I recently posted a before and after picture and it was so hard to hit the send button even though the after was so much better. I got so many positive comments and compliments that I know I cannot and will not allow myself to look back at that other person that I was in the before picture. We can do this !!!
