I didn't follow the meal plan a few days, missed meals and had some treats. Although I gained weight I am glad it was just a little.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with a plan. I usually do well the first few days in eating clean and exercising but I seem to fall back to old habits.
