Isn't that the truth. I recently cut my hair too. Same deal. Yuck. I hate looking at myself in their mirror.

I do a combination of things - I have a stair stepper at home so that is my super convenient go-to. I like to walk and have recently started picking up the pace and jogging in intervals. I dance - tap dancing is a great cardio/leg work-out. I also bike. and when the pool warms up I swim. My husband has lost about 85 lbs and is in the best shape of his life. I am thrilled for him, but I hate that I can't keep up with him. It would be nice to get in shape just to be able to spend more time biking/hiking together again like when we were younger.

Why is it that it's so much easier for guys than for us? My husband is the same way. We will just have to stick together and get it done! Here's to will power! (let's hope I have some!)
