How in the world did you lose 7 lbs so fast? :( I am so discouraged I have been eating well and doing excersiese and cant seem to get ahead. Any advice would be great! :) Congrats by the way, Great Job!!!

I see you too, skinny girl! And yes, I feel awesome after a good workout - it reminds me of the exhausted but good feeling I had when I was a kid and I spent a day at the beach. What's this Insanity thing you're doing??


It is an extreme aerobic workout. Tasha and I were suppose to start together, but she said she is going to take it on after the new year.
