Saw your note at the end of our game and wanted to cheer you on and encourage you to be positive and to be kind yourself. One thing I like to say to my own self: I've done this before; I can do it again. I know how to make good decisions. I know how to do this.
And it's clear the same is true for you because you proved it twice before winning those Dietbets! You've done it before and you can do it again. :)

Thanks so much for your encouraging words. I just signed up for a new DietBet. I think it is really important for me to separate myself from the rest of the world if I am going to lose weight. I do very well if I stay home and avoid pressures and temptations. I am going to try it again. As you said, I know how to do this. And I still have lost a total of 8 KG or 17.6 pounds all together, so that is a start. Best of luck to you, too.

Wow I didn't think about the weight of camera. And I am queen of the weigh ins. I even weighed my clothes. Lol.
