I started weight watchers the end of October 2012. Lost 83 lbs. and then in October 2013 everything fell apart. Totally lost control of my food intake. By the end of 2013 had gained 20 lbs back. Trying to get back on the track to being healthy.

I just started the beginning of October and have made small changes. Take baby steps towards changing your regular habits. I try get up little earlier than usual and do quick workout then in the evening instead laying on the couch tired I step on the my treadmill and watch TV. Have faith and focus and everything will come together. You're no good to anyone else unless you're good to yourself. Hang in there Elizabeth.
