My non scale victory is that I didn't let some depressing events throw me off my course.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Definitely exercise more! I'm in 3 dietbets right now. My first bet goal is already reached, and I plan to hit my second bet goal this week *fingers crossed*. I just joined a third bet today and will weigh in tomorrow morning. When the third bet ends I'll be 3 or 4 pounds away from my first goal!! Also my dog just had surgery so I want to make sure she stays infection free and comfortable.
