Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling SO MICH STRONGER in my running and walking now that I have done Starcycle 5 times. Can’t wait to see what happened after 10 classes!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not had so many ciders at our family game night. Then I probably would. It have had theee pieces of pizza. My weight was up 3 pounds the next day and was like that for 3-4 days afterwards. Inflaming foods and drinks are killer for weight loss.

Someone told me I looked like I had lost some weight!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Be more mindful of emotional eating. I had a stressful day and ended up eating a pumpkin scone and a chai. Which was great and I really enjoyed it but also the reason I ate it was based in emotional ungrounding.

Eat more healthy foods. Continue the good breakfasts (greens beans and eggs) but try to find more satisfying lunches.

Meal planning fell behind the latter part of the week. Mostl because I was busy. I really felt it in my sluggish energy and my sugar craving was off the charts. MEAL PLANNING is key!!
