I'm glad you are here! I started this weight loss journey Thanksgiving of last year. I'm down 50 pounds....I NEVER thought I'd be able to reach my goals, but I have....month after month. I am less than 10 pounds away from my final goal, then I have to figure out what maintenance means. Good luck to you!
