Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

i have been suffering from health issues and injury the past two years. I am now cleared by my doctor to exercise, and know some foods my body is intolerant of that had been causing severe issues. I'm not anticipating any challenges moving forward now that I have answers and solutions! I got this!
