HI Sabrina, -- Glad you're feeling a little better.. Yes, we will remain focused. I am at plateau phase... agh.... but I will keep going. I also messed right when the challenge started- I didnt log in,(couldnt face Shaun T while I was careless with my diet/workouts (made so many excuses), gained 4lbs which I've since lost and now I am double timing it (sort of). Keeping positive thoughts and just being mindful on everything.. Have a great week
