What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Well Friday I weighed 174.0 Today I weighed 178.8, then a few minutes later I weighed 179.8 and the scale kept saying that. I know I probably gained some weigh, but I doubt 6 pounds in 3 days. I won't obsess over it. Wright loss is a trend. So hopefully I will be back on a downward trend by the end of April.
