What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well Friday I weighed 174.0 Today I weighed 178.8, then a few minutes later I weighed 179.8 and the scale kept saying that. I know I probably gained some weigh, but I doubt 6 pounds in 3 days. I won't obsess over it. Wright loss is a trend. So hopefully I will be back on a downward trend by the end of April.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Overall, get better sleep. Could of have eaten less non whole 30 foods and had less alcohol. It wasn't a lot but it was 5 days in a row with 1 or 2 no whole 30 foods. I could of have exercised more too.
