Oh my gosh... Insanity... I did insanity one summer when I was in decent shape. And at the end of it I would say I was in the best shape of my life. One of the hardest - and MOST rewarding - things I have ever done!Sadly - I did NOT maintain that healthy lifestyle :( BUT I'm ready to get back at it! I'm going to have to start with something not quite as insane to get into shape in order to do insanity again though, haha! Keep pushing through it! It is SO HARD but SO WORTH IT!
