What I'm thinking for the group is that we use a blog so we can keep up with each other more easily. I've set one up at dietbet.blogspot.com. I can make it private and set us all up as authors.

I looks like I just need an email address... which kind of sounds sketchy, I know. ;) But it doesn't have to be your actual email address. Just something so I can add you to the account.

Hey! Great to meet you. Thanks for joining the commitment group :)

The idea is that we check-in daily or as least every second day with
1) what we've been doing to achieve our goals
2) some support for someone else (or multiple people) in the group.

and of course we follow along with the other people in the group so we all have people watching us, offering support and encouragement, and challenging each other to be super honest with ourselves.

To get started it would be great to hear from everyone also why you are doing this dietbet, and what would be helpful for us to keep you accountable about. I'm posting mine now...

Weekends are my worst time as well. My husband and I have one cheat meal a weekend however this weekend I had a little more than just one cheat meal... BUT back on track today!
