Just one question: where do we have to post our group-msg? On our cheerboards?
What about a common board just for the group where every group-member can read and post?
So we wouldn't have to check every "commitment-member's" cheerboard.

If everybody is on facebook we could setup a secret group on fb. So we wouldn't necessary have to be fb-friends but we would have a common place where to read and post.

It's just an idea, but if you want I could set up such a secret group and send every group-member the invitation.
