Eh, none offhand, basically got back to where I left off.ds

Stayed with my plan. Too many days of not working out, or workouts that needed more effort.

Most days were on point with meals and exercise.

Diet started off good, but on the weekend it took a dive. Need to plan out those weekends a bit better.

Cut out most all snacks; more portioned meals; more quality meals
