Thanks alot Miss Jane. The thing that my body has been acting up lately. Even though I was doing more cardio, and eating pretty clean, the scale kept going up. I think that it's my body preparing for the time of the month, at the worst possible time :( So devastated.

:D This is awesome though, I hope that I am able to maintain it especially in college. Do you count calories? That's one of the things that I have been doing, I think that it has been helping me be more aware of certain foods and their contents.

I'm sure you'll do great in college! I don't really count calories. I don't eat processed foods, sugar, art sweet, etc so I usually hover around 1200 without really counting so I don't worry too much about that. Glad that it is working for you!

Thank you sooo much,my older sis gave me a goal to reach,so I have been doing everything that I can to reach it. Plus, my summer has been super boring,so exercise has been my high point so far :3
