Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting back on track after having a little bit of a cheat meal. Even though it was healthy food I ate a little to much and had a little more beer then I planned on. I also did better with drinking more water!

I feel I handled my week well even after my cheat.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal preparation, bringing kids to a play date and didn't over eat and made best choices based on food offered

Still more water, I find drinking a lot of water this time of year to be challenging

My clothes feel better even though I haven't lost a lot of weight yet.

Always more water! During winter, since I live in an area where it is cold, I find it more challenging to drink a lot of water.
