With regard to your polar watch, do you mean you burned less than your treadmill said? I've been meaning to get one, and of that's the case, I REALLY need one. Thanks so much!

Hi Joycelyn! Yeah, that's what I meant. According to the watch, I burned 348 cal. The treadmill showed 486 cal.

Oh, I should also add that the treadmill at my gym detects the polar heart rate thing as well. The result showing is probably different because the treadmill has less data about the user than the watch.

Hey! I saw your response to Cassey's question what's your workout plan for June and your approach (cardio and popster calendar) is basically mine! I was thinking we could cheer each other on since people tend to do better when they've got someone to go along with them. Can't wait!
