I came back from the four day fishing trip without gaining any weight!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much. Maybe could of not have eaten as many almonds.

We had a surprise birthday party for my sister in law at our house Saturday night and I stayed strong. No alcohol or Costco Cake!

I was able to move my belt another notch and could wear some shirts that were too snug. I have been doing a great job of not eating any junk foods.

I’d like to play more pickle ball but my left knee has been painful.

I have done a much better job resisting bad carb foods.
