I don't completely recommend that. The only bread I would suggest is Ezekiel- bc it has no flour that makes you puffy. I don't agree with Melissa in thy it's "horrible for you" just not the best. Read labels on everything. For now, skip the whole wheat stuff as its basically a scam. Stick to almond butter( better than pb) on a banana or apple. :)

bread is horrible for you! get some almond crackers and spread the pb on it, even "whole wheat" isn't the way wheat should be
