Hey, I have a day at home today and checked out your posts! Maybe I'll try almond milk in my coffee....*shudder* Anyway how's it going? Motivation still strong? If you go to a gym that has Body Combat classes you might want to give it a try - or any other class - classes can make things so much more fun! I miss my gym days! xoxo And btw I did NOT force you into it, YOU forced ME into the Transformer!!! But I'm glad, I'm going to weigh in there weekly on Saturdays like I used to do with Weight Watchers - I like the idea of being up for a weekly prize too! :)
