Non-scale victory of the week!

Friday I worked 6am to 9:30pm. Lots of junk food everywhere, because it was the college graduation, including pizza and I stayed strong. Yesterday was my twin nephews birthday, sooo much good food but lots of carbs. Stayed strong and stayed NO!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to incorporate more workouts. Basically only worked out one day and that is no good.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Busy schedule means working out can get compromised. BUT I will try my best to make healthy food choices. Currently doing Whole30 2weeks strong!
