Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to buy some new shirts. Picked up the typical L and XL sizes. Got to the dressing room and they were all HUGE! Walked out of the store with all S tops. :)

Was on Spring Break. I have no regrets.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can no longer over-eat, even when I try. My body is so used to the lower calorie diet—and my stomach has shrunken—so much so that I can’t stand to eat to much.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t get in as much activity last week, but maybe that’s not so bad. I still had fantastic results on the scale.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The towel wrapping all the way around my body after the shower; running for 8 min straight; down to a 1300 calorie diet without feeling bad; my pants, ring, watch, all too big. I feel great!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have shown more restraint on cheat day (2500 calories)
