You still have a lot of time!!! Remember fitness is a journey and honestly SHOULD take time if you want it to be sustainable, and tomorrow is another day to kick butt and eat clean.

Boxing for me today. Great for arms and abs

oh gosh cardio boxing is good. I did it for the first time on Monday, and finally today I don't feel really that sore anymore in my arms, shoulderblades and obliques.
