I wouldn't focus on the scale as much as focusing on being healthy. I know being 17 there is so much pressure to be a certain size but that's just BS. You are beautiful no matter your size. So be healthy and a good person and forget the rest.

Don't worry about the past you can't change it now! Focus on the future and all that amazing clean eating you have planned :D as you do it more and more it will become habit and you will realise you have the strength to restrain from junk foods :) you got this girl! I believe in you :)
