We had a lunch meeting at work and I resisted the temptation to eat a delicious looking cookie

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was fighting a cold so I didn’t work out Thursday or Saturday. I wish that I would have at least gotten some light eexercise

Non-scale victory of the week!

My clothes are definitely starting to fit better. And, I have done a great job of getting in about 100oz of water each day and staying around 1500 calories.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to tone down the workouts a bit. I’ve had some hamstring and shin issues and need to be better about easing into a workout routine.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Once I get around 200lbs, I have historically plateaued and then try things like Adovare, Plexus, or become too obsessive about my weight loss. Then I derail and end up weighing more than what I started at. It is a VICIOUS cycle.

I have stayed true to my calorie goals, tracking food and water intake, and going to the gym. I have been overdoing it a bit on exercise because my goal for this DietBet is going to be tough! I need to focus on finding my balance next week!
