Consistency. I can have a good week or two of really monitoring my diet and hitting my work out Goas but then I begin to stray.

Diet: Stay within my calorie limit and get proper nutrients from fruits and veggies. Drink a gallon of water daily. Exercise: Hit my step goal daily and work out at least 4 times a week on top of that, including reincorporating strength training into my routine. Sleep: 8 hours a night.
