Shoveled so much snow this week! Felt super strong!

One of my best weeks not going to nit pick.

Enjoy my victory with 10k tomorrow and then party time Saturday to celebrate. Then back to it for the rest of the week.

Above all else I stayed active. One day off and had great runs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was on 10 day no sugar no carbs challenge. Did pretty well considering I traveled. Hard to stay on that eating out but I did.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could’ve possibly exercised 6 or 7 days but training for half Marathon and don’t want to over do it, but 5 days last week is not my best effort.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Tough at times but kept on diet. Dealing with infection and on Cipro, so limited workout, side effects are tendon tearing. Still stayed focused on diet.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Did wine tasting and had a drink Saturday night (spec occ DSD show). These are killers for my weight loss.

I got to 199 lbs yesterday but celebrated a little too much last night since I knew I was going to be under DietBet goal.

Great workouts!!! Lifted, record time bike ride, tough fast runs...feeling great!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Coming off a vacation, I ate pizza and drank wine last night. Enjoyed it but I could’ve been under 200 lbs had I not. Worth it! Lowest I’ve weighed since college.
