I think so, I've stepped it up with my workouts this past week and I already looked way more toned! How are you and Josh doing?

Changing the way I eat has helped the most. Yesterday was the first time I ate fast food since we started this and giving that up helped a lot! Also, I think swimming has helped.

How's it going? Are you sticking with the workouts? Your breakfast looks yummy!

I have been eating a lot better and I noticed my stomach and legs have gotten smaller! I haven't done the workouts as much as I wanted to, but I have started walking the dogs more. Yesterday we started moving Mitchell into his 3rd floor apartment, and my legs are killing me from going up and down stairs all day!
