I gained quite a lot of weight due to stress eating etc...and i want to feel fit and healthy...
Also, i signed up for a 10k run at the end of August as a goal i want to reach and losing some extra weight might help to get started :)

I lost a total of 93 pounds water fasting but turn back to my unhealthy eating and gained it all back now I've changed my eating habits to living a raw food lifestyle and exercise at least 30 mins a day 3 days of the week and will start water fasting on the last couple of pounds I need to lose to get healthy since the last couple of pounds will be the hardest to lose than return back to raw food lifestyle there's so many good recipes yesterday I made a raw vegan cheesecake ! Mm soo goo

Wow, 93 Pounds is a lot...repect! And i know, fasting results won´t last unless you change or at least adjust your eating and exercise habits...that´s why i wanted to do it, it felt like the right timing! Good luck for your weight loss journey, you can do it - just keep going! And raw vegan cheesecake sounds yummy :)
