I just want to get back to a weight that's nested all cozy in the appropriate range for my height (i.e., I don't want to see 'overweight' or 'obese' ever again) I want to feel COMFORTABLE again and wear all of my pretty clothes :-)

You're already heading in the right direction by being here :) I'm so grateful that I found Diet Bet and all the support that comes from everyone having the same goal. Getting healthy is all about the mental struggle and I didn't want to bore my family/friends to death with weight loss talk. Not everyone is as preoccupied with food as me lol.
