Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to a crab feast. Ate deserts. 1 day should Not Pull me backwards 5 pounds. Hitting the gym and the diet hard. Maybe I can make this DietBet, maybe not.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It was fine until Thursday. For some reason on Th I feel off the bandwagon and ate some horrible fried chicken at work and Friday just seemed to follow suit

Ignore the food at work.
