Taco Lover

first Weekend in the books I was able to have some Carne Asada Tacos extra Guac and limit the tortillas to half and ate lots of fresh Pico De Gallo and black beans which I think will be a staple of tacos going forward. the hard part will be substituting the tortilla with some whole romaine lettuce leaves but we'll see. Got two Cardio Sessions in over the weekend burning 1200 cal and only drinking water. Lunch prepped for week with Chicken in a sweet organic agave honey(not too much) , Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper and some brown rice and veggies from frozen section...I know it's not fresh but for now it's a start. tough part will be looking for options at happy hours with friends and coworkers during the week and prepping some fish tacos for dinner for the week.
