Non-scale victory of the week!

Started beer diet officially Sunday. No sugar fried since then. Stayed under calorie goal. Logged every other. It's only been 3 solid days but I did it so far!

Not splurged on sugar since I made a mental decision to not be able to track corned beef hash Sat

I did not have nuts or fried food once last week! And said no to sugar and alcohol more than I gave in!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Stepping on the scale and not seeing what is expected. Higher when I feel I've eaten appropriately, lower when I feel I have cheated. Being female with hormones effects it daily, working out and muscle water retention effects it. Also the cravings and fighting them moment to moment.
