I took the dog for a walk even though I was very tired,

Do dissapponted .. I went over on my calories for a few days in a row and the scale showed it! Ugh!!!

Walk more. Treat myself to a sweet once or twice a week instead of per day. Id love yo improve my sleep but I work the graveyard shift, hard to adjust.
