haha! thanks. The truth of the matter is I ended up yelling most of the time. "Come on pick it up!!!" "I can't hear you!" "Watch the on coming traffic." "Okay, girls. Here are the ground rules..." Interval training was my rose-colored-glasses spin on the situation :)
