Hit the gym and started lifting and toning. Holy tiger blood!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Just scale victory this week...30 pounds down for the calendar year, bringing my total lost to 95 pounds. Feeling like I'm back on track!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went a little crazy with calorie intake, need to make sure I'm getting an appropriate amount each day.

Joined a gym and fit into size 6 for the first time!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not eaten an entire package of girl scout cookies (not a huge package, but the whole thing nonetheless)

I guess they say the most important thing about falling off the wagon is getting back on it :) and thank goodness I seem to be there!

Not started a free for all (although it wasn't nearly as bad as an actual binge)
