Don't let it get you down. When people see you everyday they may not notice the gradual change. Concentrate on the change you see in how you feel and how your clothes fit.

I was about 25 lbs before people really took notice. Now I'm at 42 and anyone who didn't take notice by now I think is just jealous ( and really, some people are!).

Be proud of what you've accomplished, regardless of those around you. You know you feel better and that is the most important thing. Keep up the good work!

20lbs is amazing! I wouldn't worry about other people noticing. My only suggestion would be-are you wearing loose clothing or clothing that shows off your weight loss? I'd be thrilled if I lost 20lbs, whether or not anyone noticed! I've lost 10lbs since last year and no one has noticed, so chin up!
