  • Finally had a weight loss day! So I was thinking yesterday, I don’t like to fail (enneagram 1 over here), so I put a lot of pressure and stress on myself over the bet. And I think the reason why I was stuck was because of my stress! Cortisol is a beast! But I acknowledged the stress and weight of it and decided I won’t let it get to me. And I finally had a weight loss day 🙌????! This is just a game, meant to motivate, not stress you out! Happy Thursday!

Looking for advice... my husband and I got covid for the first time shortly after this diet bet started. I also had my period...I was doing really well keeping up with my exercise and i've been right on track with my nutrition with everything in line like I was when I was in weight loss mode. I'm stuck though, the last few days covid effects hit me harder and i've lost all my energy and just want to sleep. I'm still trying to get in my workouts and i've been eating correctly but the scale keeps going up?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Is it just because of being sick and on the antivirals (paxlovid)? Or am I doing something wrong? I'm drinking all my water too...

I exercised the entire time I had Covid and do not have long Covid…..I’d go by how you feel. If you feel like working out then do it, if you are struggling then don’t. Focus on water and eating healthy foods. It will all balance out!

Good morning everyone! today is my 4th day with covid in isolation...I had a rough
night and heard my kiddos crying 😢. I have 4 children all under 5yrs old...my youngest one is 18month...I am in need of some encouragement...not necessarily with my food intake but more to lift my spirit sort of speak...blessings to everyone!

Hospital food is the worst! My husband is in and out for treatments and there isn't much healthy food available. You're smart to pack your own as long as they don't confiscate it!
