I went out to dinner with my family last night, water first ordered, I ordered a marinated grilled chicken breast and large salad. Dinner and done and woke up to a weight loss!!! It just feels so good to find what works for you, 2B is so incredibly freeing! I will be a Bunny for life. Simple, Sensible and Sustainable. Thank you Ilana!!!

Make a plan ahead of time with the menus. I've found it helps immensely to know what you're having before you walk in the door. I even put it in my tracker ahead of time.. In pen!! :grin:

  • Got this salad and two hard boiled eggs for my fight today. It was soooo delicious and I felt so healthy eating this instead of what they offer on flights. Had their pretzels and a mint tea and a kombucha. Then for dinner had a beet salad. ????💪????

  • Trying to get better at posting in here more for accountability! Today I went to the movies and ONLY had water! I felt so proud! Tonight’s dinner is broccoli slaw (with some feta and pistachios) and Asian style meatballs.

I do 3/4 cup egg whites from the carton and 2.5 tsp cornstarch into my mixer and beat with the whisk attachment for a LONG time- I turn it on and walk away for prob at least 5 min?? I spray the parchment with cooking spray and I’ve never had a problem with it sticking. I’d say to mix it longer maybe???

Sprinkle a little sea salt or olive oil spray before you put it on the parchment paper
