Hi Rena, so the scale finally budged today. How r you doing? What is the hardest part for you? For me it is getting crazy hungry at night and really having to fight the urge to eat and snack. Taking a few minutes off before I finish my last two miles on the treadmill for today. We r go I g on a trip from Friday till Monday night, and I am not sure I will have much opportunity to exercise, so being good with what I eat will be super important as another one if my DietBet ends next Monday.
