I did the cycle class 5 days ! My horrible cough is improving.

Not eat after 10pm!

Stricter dieting stronger exercise. Try to figure out my blood glucose. So high!!! Go off insulin? Get rid of my belly so people don’t ask if I am having a boy or a girl.

I am sick and have had elevated blood sugars

Exercise more eat vegan my daughter went home so no baking will be in the house and i am going to tell the rest of the family no bread or tortilla chips in the house for at least a month!

I survived extremely high blood glucose without croaking! And I went for a 2 mile walk on the rain and my neuropathy was not horribly painful!
