Non-scale victory of the week!

My blood sugar (fasting) this morning was 138.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I made it to my nephew’s wedding and i was in horrible pain because of my hip injury and on heavy duty pain meds and iced all night long but was able to walk up and do the reading.

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To lose weight. To get as thin as my sister. To eat whole food plant based low fat.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had some low blood glucose readings. I brought fruit and veggies and salads into my son in law and daughter ‘s world in Boston during baby’s first week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I played tennis twice, cycle class twice, did the Insanity workout, swam 40 lengths once and followed my diet and insulin plan strictly and i still gained two lbs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went backwards. I am putting in heavy pounds. I feel like i have attached a fake pregnancy pillow thing to my stomach. I didn’t work out at all. I make fstteningbheavy foods for my guests and i ate them too. I didn’t have milk or dairy, but I ate meat and fettuccine Alfredo and a piece of See’d candy.

Choose either doctor Fuhrman’s reversing diabetes or Green Smoothies Fresh Dtart Program and strictly stick to it. Get back to an exercise routine that includes swimming as my hip is still hurt from Harlie pulling me down and hitting the curb.
