I need to get healthy. My family including my husband think I will pass in the next 5 years or so. I'm only 64. This is crazy. So my #1 goal is to prove them wrong and my #2 goal is to lose the weight I've packed on since my job at Zellers went away.

Celebrated my 49th aniversary. Not many of my friends and family can say that,

I shouldnt have opted for the food i chose and i certainly shouldnt have gone back for seconds or thirds.

Get back on the victory train. Cant swim for 10 days due to surgery behind left knee but can certainly walk.

To paddle my kayak everyday. Walk everyday. Eat at home more then 5 meals per week.

Eat at home everyday. I have 2 celebrations of life to attend to this week. Lost 2 family members. Sad. Not motivated at moment. Hope this week is better.

Improvement on all levels. I expect to have lost 3 lbs by next Monday. I vow to make it happen. Starting now. Going to work out on treadmill. Then head out to garden. Will stay there til it's done. About 3 hrs. Then break for lunch. Then to studio to work on brush strokes. For 2 hrs minimum. Then grab some water and head for the nearest trail.

Started wearing size 16P for the first time since 2012. Yippee!

Not eaten pizza or at least 3 slices. And should have walked more.

I have a brand new tread mill coming on Monday I aim to use it each morning and evening. My ultimate goal is 20000 steps a day

Dropped a size in jeans from 18-16 and they feel comfortable maybe a tad large. Non victory still have not reached goal and 2 days to go.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. I did everything to get to 188.2lbs. I can't think of anything else to try.
