I need to get healthy. My family including my husband think I will pass in the next 5 years or so. I'm only 64. This is crazy. So my #1 goal is to prove them wrong and my #2 goal is to lose the weight I've packed on since my job at Zellers went away.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked or went swimming everyday but one. Didn't let the weather stop me or anyone else for that matter.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I could've made a better choice in snacks then walnuts. I miss read the label and calculated the caloric in take wrong.

I'm going to try an improve my sleep. I noticed that I'm getting back into some bad habits where I only average 4-4._hours of sleep.

I resisted eating junk food and made good choices all week. And it wasn't difficult.

Stuck to my food planning and exercised daily. No weight loss but clothes are feeling loose.

Researched more food choices. And done more yoga.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It's been hard this week to get my activities in. Pool spa heater has stopped working and have to wait until Wednesday before it will be fixed. But I'm still walking and still losing. Even if it's only in small increments it's still a lost.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have got into my art work more. Got on the treadmill more. Walked the trails more.

Gained a fraction but that ok. I'm still losing and I know there will be speed bumps. I promised to work on me for this whole year. 2019 is the year of moi.
