I think going up in cals is a good idea I haven't lost anymore weight since Sunday and that night I ate more than the usual

Keep at it and it will come... I did a Dietbet for the first time last month and the weight fluctuates a lot... So keep doing the right things and it WILL happen!

I have the same problem. I think my body went into starvation mode. I'm going to up the calories by 200 to see if it helps.
